Our entire staff reflects our solid ethics and strong values.

Ever since Bryan Kelly first founded Kelly’s Property Services in 1989, he has maintained a strict adherence to quality and reliability, and above all, customer satisfaction. Over the years, he’s instituted a policy to seek and hire only those people who are the right fit. To that end, we continue to stick to certain principles:

  • Our tradespeople are highly trained and certified in their specialties and in all materials and products appropriate for each project.
  • Our tradespeople receive ongoing training in new techniques and installations for the latest products available for our customers.
  • Our purchasing agents continually research new products and materials and recommend only the highest quality, brand name items.
  • Our project supervisors communicate with our customers and with our tradespeople throughout the duration of the project to be sure all things are running smoothly, and to immediately correct any situation in order to maintain the integrity of the project and avoid delays.
  • Our entire staff—from administration to our professionals who inspect the work of our tradespeople—are responsive to any and all customer questions throughout the process of every project. If they don’t know the answers, they find someone who does!

Good morning, Bryan! Before I let another moment pass by, I did want to personally thank Daniel, Isaias, and their teammates for a job well done. I truly appreciated the great job that they each did and their willingness to get the job done right. And as always, it was a pleasure to work with Loretta and Ben again.
